Yes
While viewing the properties for the a draw tool (line, fib, etc.) a new icon will be visible:
Clicking that icon will save that tool’s settings as the defaults for subsequent uses of that tool.
To have the new defaults stick permanently, the user needs to then save his settings to the server.
This only applies to drawing tools for now, it will be made available for studies in the future.
